Gday all
Hope this could be of help to someone... (Was making 'em anyways)

From memory there is a printable version on the Archer website(?) but I have found it to be a little off kilter... This one I made was definitely trial and error, and is a beaut fit... The styrene is a little under 1mm thickness...

Apologies for the dull pic though...

A couple of measurements...
The whole thing is 143mm long... The width (15mm) of the end with the notch needs to be sanded/graded to a wedge, (on account of the glacis angle under the front end of the M4 sponson...) you will realise this when dry fitting it... As I said, the rest are trial and error... With one finished you can easily use it as a template for the second...
Cheers

Hi Brad,

A useful post for M4 builders. Dave (aka Grumpyoldman) sent me some to print off which worked very well for me, but as you say a litle trial and error. :-) :-) :-)

Nice post

Cheers

Excellent, one more thing that makes building the Tamiya Shermans easier. Thought of doing the same thing but just to lazy to do it. Thanx muchly!
