Blindman

Your pictures look good dude
but I still have a comment. just constructive critics I heard this myself a thousand times
but your figures (don`t know if they are finished yet) look a bit shiny (could be the picture) you could try to paint or spray them over with math varnish or something like that

Anyway good work man
show us more in the future

Hi Blind_man
Are you using the smae paint etc with the figures as your tank?? I also noticed they were a bit shiny, or did u gloss them up in preparation of an oil wash? Either way they still look good. One thing I might change is the eyes. The bigger eyes with lots of white showing kind of make him look like he is in a horror movie and just saw the monster. If you go over the eye with your flesh tones and give him thinner slits of eyes like a squinting Clint eastwood #1 he looks mean, #2 a little more realistic. I usually end up making a big eyeball then almost painting over all of it with flesh tones, just leaving the little slit with a pupil.
I really like the base and your tree. The sloping ground is a good idea, puts more action in it then just a flat base. How did u make that tree? Overall very good looking dio, and i like the look of your aircraft too!

hi,
thanks for your comments. the pictures do look shiny, i couldn't get the lighting right. im going to work on the eyes. the picture of the fig u saw isnt finished i still have a bit to do but after doing a second coat on the figs the arent as glossy. my 1/72 armors arent finished and i dont plane to spend much more time on them.
im now going to working on 1/72 planes and 1/35 armor.
ill post some more picture when i complete my bulldog and when i finish up my diorama of the korean war.

thanks again,

Hi blind_man,

Just some observations..

1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the wheels missing on the Hurricane?
2. The canopy on the Black widow looks like it's not been painted. Or was it that way on the original plane?
3. The front wheel on the Widow looks canted..
4. Some of the Buffalo photos are out of focus..

Nice work so far.. :-)!

Cheers,
BP.
