Well, our good buddy and long time armorama member Keith Magee has gone ahead with setting up a new hobby shop. I think this will more than equal the legendary Phil's as , well......... Keith is one of us. A true Hobbyist. You can expect to see a highly knowledgeable staff as well as a top notch collection of kits and aftermarket. It's going to be in NOrth Richardson just east of HWY 75. Now where did I leave that checkbook? :-) :-)

Must let the Visa chill until shop opens...must resist buying stuff I don't need yet (or ever)... must rein in impulse buying {see previous]...must make room in stash... golly, it's going to be long time until October

This will be Keith's livlihood, so it won't be pure models, but as he is an Armor modeler, you can expect more than the usual hobby shop attention to this particular area. Plus he's got great advisors like me, Wildcard, and Jimf to keep him on the straight and narrow :-) :-)
I don't think shop will open until October or so, so be patient.

That's great. Not too far from Murphy.
I need some Squadron white putty. Let's see how long I can hold out and not have to pick it up from Hobbytown USA.
