Hello,

Just posting to say hello and intoduce myself, I posted yesterday for the first time in the general modelling section.

I'm getting in to the hobby for the first time, with only brief childhood experience to call on, and am finding this site very useful for tips, although the sheer amount of information can sometimes be daunting.

My plan is to start with WW2 Aircraft, preferably 1/48 Scale, then hopefully in the future try a diorama or two.

I'm originaly from the Midlands in the UK, but have been living and working in Ireland for the last 9 Years. I work with a Dublin based Airline, but live in County Louth.

I'm sure I'm going to be logging in to this site on a regular basis to pick up tips and hints.

Best Wishes to all.

Victor.

Welcome aboard Victor. As Frank says, it's nice to see another tricolour flying. Lots of hints and tips on offer here and anything you want to know just ask someone will have an answer for you and who knows - it may even be right
