hello guys!

do any of you know where i can get a copy of fine-scale modeler? i just got started on the hobby and i don't know where to find the stuff i need (i've got an airbush and compressor and just finshed my fist kit).

first on my list is fsm. i got one issue--april 2006 IIRC from national bookstore quezon avenue but i that was it. i've checked magazine shops everywhere, shangri-la, megamall, glorietta, sm and no one seems to have them. also, does anyone sell rub-on or dry transfers in the metro manila? thanks in advance for any info.

Ei! Welcome to the site! Pansin ko nga medyo rare na yung FSM ngayon. You might wanna subscribe na lang. Post mo first kit mo!

As for dry transfers, bihira din. You might wanna stick to wet transfers. Marami yun sa mga hobby shops.

Hi,

I get my copy here in Makati either from National Bookstore or Buffini. Last Sunday I still saw two consecutive issues of FSM (June & July) at the buffini stand near LandMark. You can also look for dry transfers at National Bookstore

Good luck

salamat warthog! i'll be sure to check out this buffini place next time i'm in makati. subukan ko rin dry transfers sa NBS. i'm planning to model some philippine army vehicles kasi (someday) and i'm pretty sure i'll need to make the markings myself.
