my moms kodak easyshare digital camera won't load pics from the camera to the computer And every cable is connected I did everything the guide thingy said to do on this problem and it still won't transfer (share) photos from the camera to the computer.

Try restarting the compluter with the camera connected.

I have an old DX3600 with the docking station etc… I don’t have Easyshare installed. All you need is Kodak’s Camera Connection Software.
The docking station then works the same as any card reader does i.e. access through Explorer.
PS: Before installing Easyshare remember that you firstly need to shutdown your security software.

i have that system, I had trouble at first but it works ok now,though I think its a bit over engineered.
