Has anyone got ahold of Tim Sloan. It looks like they made a deal for some 1/48 armor a day or two ago?

Ken Myers is a scammer on MODELLING SITES, TOO ?!?!?

He is an absolutely notorious scammer on RC (radio-controlled) car sites, too, for a long time. He changes aliases like underwear. I could give links to a great many threads about him and his dealings.

I'm very surprised he has not been thrown in jail yet.

He's been a regular topic on modeling sale forums for at least a couple of years. Here's one from two years ago: Kenneth Meyers -- Possible scammer?

He's well known on armor modeling sites for less than honorable trading practices.

Here's another post that lists his various aliases: Ken Myers alert.

Ya know, this guy just never seems to give up. . .His shananigans are an outrage, but, what comes around goes around. . .
Robin, I noticed another name in the ML thread link that you put up mate, a "Bryan somebody". . .is this the same Bryan that we all know and love? Quite ironic, if so. . .

I must say first and foremost thanks for the heads up on this. Second of all it makes me sick that a person could scam folks in this hobby, then again go figure. I appreciate your telling everyone about this scum.

Well folks I'm embarrassed to say that Mr. Myers succeeded in defrauding me. After trying unsuccesfully to get a refund I am filing a complaint against him. For anyone else that may have had problems in their dealings with him you can go to www.IC3.gov to file a complaint. My claim is not that significant to anyone but me. I'm hoping that if enough people who have had problems with this guy file complaints then law enforcement will take some action.

"Bryan Gray"

Never forgotten that mother.
My blood pressure's gone sky high just reading his name.

He's into paint ball in Canada in a big way now unless he ripped them off too.

These two were made for each other

Hi Mark,

That's right, I know he moved from one site/club and joined a couple of others. (I wonder why )

Vic

Edit.

Just checked the last known site I had for Mr. Gray.
He's still very active, infact he's advertising a paintball marksmans rifle for sale at the cost of $900.00.
He say's he doesn't really want to sell it but is a bit strapped for cash at the moment.

Where have we heard that before. Someones going to get their fingers burnt but you can bet your life it won't be him.

Unfortunately, it is quite a shame that the very same person keeps cheating people out of hard earned money and kits. We sticky these topics and cross post the information at other modeling websites, but people still take a chance in dealing with well-known defrauders.
