Hello

My name is Mark

(Hi Mark)

It has been almost ten years since my last model.

I first started modelling as a kid when all the Tamiya kits we now think are junk were the hottest thing going.

I kicked the habit for a while, then fell off the wagon again in the mid-90's for a brief period before life intervened again.

After nearly a decade off the sauce I'm back again for my fix.

Currently working (simultaneously - probably a bad idea) on an old 1/35 ESCI Nebelwerfer and a Tamiya 88mm FLAK gun, both of which have been collecting dust far too long.

High Mark:

Well. . . I'll get on the "Wecome Wagon" as it pulls into the depot to say
hello to you up there in the Land of Lakes and Prairie Home Companion.
(BTW, the movie is sooooooo funny, at least to this old person who
likes snappy dialogue.) And so it is welcome to you Mark, who has fallen
off the "wagon", again. Lots of mates jusssss like that here on the Big A.
And I'm sure the guys over on the armor portion of this site (that would be
the heading at the top of the page that sez Armorama, just to the left of
the figure site, Historica Forma.) would be eager to see pix of your work.

Glad you came aboard,
Fitz

Gimmie some time - I get about 3-4 hours a week to work on this stuff if I'm really lucky and don't mind missing some sleep.

Hi Mark,
No relation to ex N.Z rugby captain Sean Fitzpatrick at all :-)?I was in the same boat as you mate.Stopped when i was 15,and took the hobby up again by joining up with the Big A last year. I don't know what i'd do if i didn't get my "fix" of Armorama everyday!
There are some great people on this site.Someone is always there to help you with advise and encouragement so you can get the most out of the hobby.
Happy modelling mate,
Shay
