I remember trying to source this set some time ago and they were OOP. However they are issued with one of the Dragon DAK kits I can't remember which one off the top of my head but it is still available to the best of my knowledge, so you might get them that way. - pause.

Just had a quick check at netmerchants.

They come with the Pz.Kpfw I Ausf B DAK Version. Here's the link:
