Problems viewing some Pictures

This is happening a lot, and it's quite annoying. On a lot of the picture in the gallery, when I click on the thumbnails to enlarge then I keep getting this and similar errors:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/kmadmin/photos/showphoto.php on line 254. Please help me!
