I saw this movie last night for the first time.
I found it an amazing story of survival.
7 guys buried underground in a bunker on D-day,
based on a true story.

Just wondering if anyone else seen it?
And what you thought of it.

This one Dave?

Blockhouse

I haven't seen it, but in the earlier editions of the Guinness Book of Records there was a parallel tale of two German soldiers trapped in a bunker in Poland until 1952, with one dying as they emerged. Not sure how true either story is or whether they're versions of the same event.

Some playing with Google has found a German treatment of something similar called Wet asphalt (in German: Nasser asphalt)

That's the one Dave,
I found it interesting, and well acted.
But unfortunately they never tell you what happened to the two guys after they were rescued. They do tell you that it is believed that they lived the last 4 or more years in total darkness after the supply of candles ran out.
The original book was written by a Frenchman, so I assume it was about French laborers.
