I just placed an order with luckymodel.com and I can't pay my bill, since their secure server for handling credit card transactions is down or I can't reach it at work! Anyone ever run into this problem?

Thanks

Scott, The problem is your end. I've just ordered and paid at Lucky Model in the last 5 minutes. If you're at work, it's your work network/server that won't allow you to pay. Solution is to order at home.

I have ordered from lucky Model but I can only do it on dial up. For some reason I cannot get past the payment page using DSL. I have the same problem with HobbyEasy.

Try dial up if you have it avaiable.

Dear Scott Dimmick,

Our secure payment gateway sometime perform maintenance work in mid-night HKT, therefore, it is a possible chance that you cannot complete the payment process on-line. If you think it is too complicated, you can select "Pay by others" and Print out the order form. Then you can fax to us with your cc info and signature to 852-2865-7076. We can process it in off-line mode. Depending on the amount, we may need a credit card statement on address verification (required by our bank for off-line authorizaztion).

Ray,

I re-submitted my order at home about 7AM EST with no problems. Thanks!
