Masterpiece models have made a kit, don't know the scale...

There is a book with a title something like Advanced military modelling, by (possibly) AK Interactive's Mig Jiménez..
The one with the PACV hovercraft in long grass on the front cover, this has a very good sequence on how it was scratch built, but no scale drgs.
