The artists name is Arnold Friberg and is a favorite of mine.
This piece of an old 1800's modeler is just too good.
Arnold Friberg lived in Utah and was influenced by early Americana, American Indians, Canadian Indians and the R.C.M.P. , he's was also very devoted to Christian art , Google him , you'll be amazed !!
