Well, not to make another post, as I already I posted this over at HF, but good news and good deals need to be announced here also for those who don't check out the figure site, so although I may suffer the wrath of some for making the same post over the network, here goes:

Once again good old Cheap Joes is having their summer sale.
Winsor&Newton Series 7 brushes are on sale at 60%, so it maybe a good time to stock up. (I did!)

Dave:

I saw your comments about Cheap Joe's great sale
on Winson Newton Series 7 Kolinsky Sable brushes.

I've never bought brushes thru the mail . . . before. As
I like to eyeball and test with a slight bit of saliva the
point of each brush. Unfortunately, the stores here, no
longer carry top of the line brushes . . . as guess
most people have forgotten how important a watercolor
brush that makes a great point ( and 6 months after
you've bought it and used it a lot) is for 1:35th scale
eyeballs and the highlight dot.

Can you say that the W-N Series 7 you've gotten from
Cheap Joe's are all top quality? The last time I bought
Series 7 double zero here in KC was several years
ago, and they were $15. plus a piece. Would appreciate
your comments, further.

Hello again, Dave:

I appreciate the speedy reply, mate. I will call them
on the Ameche and order a fist full today.

Thanks again,

Sorry for short answer before Rick, had to run out to doctors for blood work (every six week thing)...
I've been getting them for a while now, they have always arrived with the protective sleeves on, and all well packaged.
Hopefully their careful packing will continue, as you basicly are getting two for the price of one.

You might want to check out the paints if you need any restocking, as they are on sale also.

Thanks again, Dave:

I called the 800 number so I could talk a person. They
will include their printed catalog in my order. I ordered
4 W-N Series 7 brushes. . . and now, I'll try to figure out
how to pay for them. . . But a fig painter has to have
them. Also booked marked the web site. Very friendly
folks, there.

I am sorry to hear that you have to visit "Vamparia"
regularly at the Dr. office for blood drawing check up,
as well, Dave. At least for me, so far I only have to go
every 4 months. Wishing you well, podna'

Well, I can say that Cheap Joe's is also Fast Joe's, as my brushes arrived today, without out a tip protector or hair out of place.
