Back in Sept. '03 I created this little group for those people who love model building, but who are not rivet counters, paint chip carriers and do not take themselves to seriously. I was known as Pak40 back then, now I am Swine1. More indicative of my online persona and humor. I do not moderate this anymore, but Dave and Carl do a great job.

I'm resonably new......some months now......but I've figured out the modes/means/method-to-the-madness of the DSB: TO HAVE FUN AND BUILD MODELS........PERIOD!

As Chris, the UBER Pig, said, we don't count rivets and stuff like that. Hell, we're building pink vehicles to fill Mojo's motorpool!!

What you are missing out on is the fun of a GREAT bunch of modelers. The solution to that is post in the current Roll Call, submit yourself to the "Questions of Death," answer properly, bow-bow to the DSB, join, and have FUN!

Oh, fair warning...........at times we are considered the "black sheep." To that I say: "Bring it ON!" If you can handle smacking some puppy dogs, breaking some curs, stomping some "Fluv" backside, and squashing squid, then Sir, you should belong.

Right now there are 158 of us. Could you be 159? Yep, small percentage of ArmoramA, but huge in "Group-Metrics!" Where else can you find this kind of bond on this site??? Where?
