Mga brothers-in-scale-arms (especially aviation enthusiasts),
First off, dehins 'to Scam nor is it Spam.
I'm the GM of an outsourced marketing group that services a US catalog and internet business selling "Handcarved Museum Quality Display Models". We have a project now that requires research (over the 'Net) for data and history of certain aircraft. Maraming aircraft.
I am understaffed at the moment - and my temporary fix is to commission modelers to help me gather info. Why? Because, like me, modelers spend a lot of time researching for details to accurize their models or just because it's their passion. Because, even if you already have an extensive library of photos and manuals, modelers know the internet still holds treasures waiting to be discovered. Now, all it would take is a moment or two of your time on the 'Net (and armorama.com) to gather some technical tidbits as well as histories that I can use for our project. Ordinary researchers/writers won't know what to look for or where - but modelers/collectors would, because of their passion for this stuff.
So if you are interested, drop me an email at [email protected] and let's talk about the nitty-gritty. To make it happen quickly, I will need 5 guys (or gals) for this project.
