Hi

Call me dumb, but where has the 'search' facility gone? Is it still there or been removed?

Also, how do you gain promotion? Is it length of service, because some guys haven't been members as long as me and they've got promotion, is it amount of posts, as none of my posts show up in my profile, and again some guys have made no posts and...etc,etc.

Like I say, call me dumb, but I can't figure these things out, can you help?

Regards

Matt

You aren't dumb. There isn't a dedicated site search feature (Yet?).
You can go to google and search for your key terms. What I have done is to add the word armorama to the key words and they are returned at the top.

example - search for half track

google = half+track+armorama

The "Rank" is Post count Driven....

"The ModelGeek Forums have established methods to classify their users by activity through the number of posts"
http://www.modelgeek.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=faq#ranks

You can still "Google" the site but the direct link is gone for now.

Many thanks guys.

The search facility is invaluable, glad to know I can still use it (in some form anyway).
