I have the kit in the stash, ready to be converted to the heavy ambulance (with Legend resin conversion) but the upper half of the turret is missing. Sorry.

I have the turret lying around somewhere, but I don't think it is entirely complete, I think some smaal parts are missing. But it won't be too much trouble to scratch them, or replace them with other Sherman parts....

IDF specific, so i should be able to replace them from my M4A1
