Can anyone let me know of a web site where i can get some decent colour pictures of wwII British infantry in Europe, all i can find are black and white photos.

There aren't that many original British WW2 colour photos, so try Googling for WW2 British reenactors or something like that and you'll find stuff like this

Have you tried the Imperial War Museum on-line database? They do have a few colour photos there, all be it mostly in Tunisia, Italy or training in the UK.
