Just want to say Hi to everyone. I'm 30 years old and just started this hobby..."finished" couple of models already (1:35 tamiya and some 1:35 figures from DML)
Here are some pictures of my work, just learning drybrushing. properly putting on decal using Future and using my Aztek 430 double action airbrush along with paasche Air compressor with moisture trap and air regulator (2in1)
Let me guys know what You think of this...my very first builds. Used mostly Model Master Enamels....cheers

Welcome Gregory

You may want to consider uploading your pics to either the kitmakers network, or to photobucket.

Yahoo normally doesn't allowed linking to it's servers, you see.

Welcome, Gregory!

I too am looking forward to your pictures, and I'm also curious whether you're Upstate or Downstate. I'm in Virgina now, but I was born and raised in the Kingston area. I guess whether that's Upstate or not depends whether you live north or south of Yonkers!

I got your e-mail earlier this week. More than two weeks after you sent it. So sorry about that!

Point taken, Matt. I would go one further, come to think of it: when I was working at Fort Stanwix National Monument in Rome, we referred to it as "Central". I went to college at Oneonta and Cortland, where half of each class was from the City or Long Island, so the rest of us got sort of lumped into those of us that knew the difference between six-foot rolls of hay dotting the hillsides and "those funny-looking animals," and those that didn't! (No joke - I just about fell off my bus seat when I heard that girl make that comment to her friend on the way up to Oneonta. I almost said, "Those are Spamelopes," but I figured they wouldn't know what Spam was anyway.)

:-)
