Hey everyone I'm attempting to a scratchbuild new fenders and possibly a damaged covertable top for a rolled over kubelwagen (resting on the roof)...Imagine it going off an embankment sideways about 10 feet at about a 30 degree angle. Would u guys suggest cutting the fenders off and molding some lead foil to the fender and then glueing the foil remake to the side or do ya'll have any other techniques that youd like to tell me. Also, how would u suggest making a convertable top thats smashed?

Foil would be decent - you can also experiment with a soda can. The newer ones are quite thin and plyable (be careful they are sharp too).
The top can be smashed - I did that on a recent review
Battlefront Series
I uses hobby wire and tissue for the roof. I used the original as a mold for a tissue one. cut out a rough shape then used white glue/water mix over the whole thing as a hardener. If you want more explanation - let me know.

Here is a great Kubel reference site Kubel
