Can't get password

Hi my name is Danny my dad is a member of this site and I enjoy building models with him. I am 13 years old and have tried to get a password for this site. I would like to post some pics and join champagnes it sounds like fun. I used the registration form with my email address [email protected] We have a home network I hope there is no problem with cookies. For some reason my password has not been sent signed up as dudes my real name is Danny walls from Ontario Canada

Danny,
Since you have a @hotmail.com address I am guessing the email with your password is probably in the spam/junk folder. Take a look for it there if you will.

Thanks Jim for responding so quick.

I checked my E-mail in all Folders and have not received anything from Armorama I do not have a KitMaker account I don’t know if that matters but for some reason I have not received any passwords.
Thanks again for your trouble looking forward to getting this resolved
Working on a sick Russian SAM-6 right now almost ready for paint.

If you registered on either Armorama, ModelGeek, KitMakerPhotos, Model Shipwrights, or T-Factory then you have a KitMaker account.

I am guessing that if you try to register again with the same email you get a duplicate email error?

If you don't then the email may have been entered wrong the first time.

You should also be able to use the "Forgot Password" function to have the system send a password reset email. Try those and let me know what happens.
