I am going to build a UH-60L Blackhawk that I flew on several times in Iraq. I am desperately searching for a desert uniform patch for the unit.
The unit is 4/2 ACR "Renegades". I am looking for a patch like the one on this crew chiefs helmet:



I want to get the patch to attach it to the display base.

The pilots and crew were outstanding professionals and I enjoyed every flight (even during jenking manuevers)!

I think the 2nd ACR was originally from Ft. Stewart in Georgia. The last I heard, they were relocating to Ft. Lewis to convert to a Stryker Brigade and they were being renamed the 2nd Cavalry Regiment.

I would be willing to pay any reasonable cost plus a little extra for one of these desert patches. This is a very sentimental project for me.

Looks like a locally-made patch for the 4/2 CAV Squadron. The 2nd ACR patch looks like below. Also, they are from Ft Polk, LA, and will relocate to Ft Lewis, WA later this year.

I'm not looking for the 2nd ACR "Tourjours Pret" patch. I am looking for the patch that is on the crew chiefs visor cover.

The patch says Renegades, 4/2 ACR. It is an issue patch because I tried to get one when they were supporting my unit but the supply sergeant was out and was waiting for his order to arrive.
