A little "sunshine" history: Recently I ordered some stash from Blast Models in France. As usual everything arrived quickly and as usual I had to inspect the kits (or more precisly, drooling over them) at once.

Well, I got the Pro Art Dumvee conversion. It comes in a nice, little box packed with resin parts. PLGR, SAW, SINCCARS, Antennabases... I was really impressed. But then I realised there where no instructions... "Ok, maybe they think we can build this one without instructions", I thought. But I soon realised that if I was going to build it without any instructions I would probably use 10 years. So, to make a long story short: At 16:35 Hours I sent an e-mail to Blast, asking if instructions where supposed to be included. At 17:09 Hours I recieved scanned instructions for the kit. I guess customer service can't be any better.
