What did everyone think? Pretty dry (pun intended) for the first couple of hours. Looking at the previews for tonight's show they may have fired the wrong guy.

The first two episodes are a bit dull, but when you get into it and a little further in the show you will see a lot more action and more of a faster pace.

I thought the show was great. One observation - 21st century stomachs - use to sanitized meals and fast food - eating 19th century dried beef and beans - no wonder several of the "cowboys" were down with the "howlin skitters"

The pushing match between the foreman and the cook was interesting. Someyhing about cooks - they seem pretty volatile.
