Hi guys,

Does anyone know where I can find Celluclay Instant Papier Maché? Or indeed any brand of Instant Papier Maché? I'm guessing an art and craft supply store, but confirmed sightings (particularly in the CPT area) will save me the hassle of doing the reccie myself...

Also, are plaster bandages available from pharmacies here in SA?

Reading Richard Windrow's (sp?) Terrain Modelling book (for the bazzilianth time) and have decided to play around with some of his techniques...

Hi Rudi,

Pick & Pay here locally sold a substance in a plastic bucket named paper mache for some time, but I can't remember the excact name or manufacturer, I do think it was a Reeves product.

Most pharmacies should stock plaster bandages, I got mine from a hospital source though, old stock they had to dispose of, still works well, but they can't use it after the use-by-date. Or you can make your own by taking gauze bandage, and dipping it in a fluid plaster mix before affixing it to the shape you want to cover.

Regards,

Thanks Tappie,

I'll hit the local malls over the extra-long weekend
