I vote for Shanghai, since I know the area, and just did some calculations with 23 and 14, it seems that 2000 bucks per head should cover a very nice week there. I am talking about every kit you can get, chinese food you wanna taste, and 4 star or above hotels, and be able to experience the beauty of this city......

I must follow my Sith Lord Master and join the battle for Shanghai. I will be able to join in late summer/early fall. And as they say over here in the States.......What? Who? ME?!!!!!!
