Concidering the news these days always has somthing on th e Iraqi inspection, i thought I'd bring up this little question. Had Israel not blown saddam's little nuke pile would we have faced tac-nukes in 90/91? and as a follow up question should wedo the same thing now. simply bomb factories or facilities with pinpoint percision and alleviate any possible problem?
