Hello
I did query this with you on the forum a couple of months ago but it still
doesnt seem to be working. I have a silver subscription and the second
payment has now been taken:
Amount: $4.95 USD
Date: Apr 13, 2006
Subscription Name: A-Guard Silver Membership (bi-monthly)
Subscription Number: S-6F453033BX9663410
Item Number: AGSM-BM
However, my account is still not showing me as a Silver subscriber. Can
you have another look for me please.
Thanks
Ian

bump
Any resolution to this? If not, I don't want to sound petty, but I will be cancelling the subscription.

Ian - I recently renewed and have noticed the same thing. I forwarded your concern to Jim - he'll respond...

Ian,
Sorry about that. You are updated now. I would be happy to credit you back for the first 2 months if you'd like.
Gunnie... you are still in the gold group (and show up correctly on the support roster page)... so I am guessing there is a glitch in the code preventing some badges from showing up for staff members. I am revampling a lot of this stuff soon so hang tight.
As for the "process" it's a bit broken at the moment. The whole reason I changed to a bi-monthly subscription fee was to have it automated with PayPal. It is still not automated so I am shutting down new subscriptions as a push for me to get that done.
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks Jim! Leave me in the Gold Group - I'm going to make up the difference anyway, and I wouldn't want you to switch the badge back again. You've got bigger fish to fry...

Thanks Jim's!
Don't worry about the credit, as long as the money ended up where it was intended I don't mind.
