Just got an e-mail from Lucky Models they have a number of items at reduced prices for an Easter Sale.

Trumpter KV1 for $2.99
AFV Club Scimitar for $14.99

There are other items that might be of interest but if you been looking for a Russian tank in 1/35 - well $2.99 can't be that bad.

Again, WOW. $2.99 for the Trumpeter KV-1, both 1941 and 1942 models. That's incredible. Even with shipping of close to $10 that's half of the LHS price. That makes it really tempting. A guy at the model build the other day was just finishing up the KV-2 from them, and it looked really goo.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggg. I just made a huge shipment from them a month ago with all the trumpeter Kv's. Oh well. I wonder if htey guarentee prices?

Still for those who like the KV's that's an incredible offer.

Thanks Al, just what I needed!
I had the original e-mail deleted before I read your post. I took a quick look and ended up with the Scimitar and 5 sets of AFV Abrams tracks. Thanks a lot... I had promised myself not to buy any modelling stash this month... :-)

yeah, luckily they are now sold out of the KV models, or i would have added to the stash as well. but since they are now all gone, i am safe!
