Two reasons how and why the "Big Bang" theory says that there was no time before there was an explosion and the matter from that explosion formed our solar system, but 1. Without time nothing can happen 2. Therefore without time no explosions could occur and no matter could form.

Just basic physics(I think) and thinking about it proves the "Big Bang" theory illogical and impossible.

Time as we understand is just time as we understand it. Time is not absolute even if our clocks show it as a linear thing, remember Einsteins theory of relativity. Therefore, I would say that you can´t even know that time existed before the big bang, and if we should get real philosofical, try prove that time exists now.

Ps. Never tried to discuss physics in English so please have patience with my language.

Theories stand or fall on how they are supported by observable facts, not on whether or not they are logical.

If time is taken as action or change, then time begins with the first action - the Big Bang.

Even the Big Bang name is wrong. It was inflation that happened first, not a bang. Big Bang was a dergatory term used by Carl Sagan (I think) as he thought it was rubbish.
He thought the universe was a constant and not expanding.
Proved wrong of course.
As for time, well what do you know. I've just run out of it :-)
Cheers

The term 'big Bang' was coined by Sir Fred Hoyle, who was also a proponent of the 'steady state' theory. And some more off the wall stuff about evolution.

Definitely Off-Topic.....

Let's see....

Physicists with brains the size of most family-sized cars have debated and studied this for quite a long time. They have come to this scientific theory with much thought, discussion, and research. It has been accepted for quite some time as well. Multiple world governmental agencies (NASA, ESA, etc.) have poured tons of money into research on this accepted theory.

You are 13 and have just been recently exposed to the whole concept of physics, astronomy, time continuum and the Big Bang Theory.

Hmmm...My money is with the physicists on this one.:-) :-)

Hmmm IF there is no time, then when my kids say "are we there yet?" how do I respond? :-)

The answer is no, since we are by definition here, we can never be there.

This is the funniest thing I've read this morning - thanks!

Luke, if you're seriously into Astrophysics, a little deeper reading about the phenomenon labeled "time" will really fascinate you.
