Is anybody going to this show ( on Saturday 29 April) and what is it like?
I just happen to have the time of, so I'm thinking of going.

I'm afraid this is a bit far for me Henk, especially the week after Hinckley

I will certainly try, work permitting, it looks like a very good day out.
Also from April this year for £10.00 entrance fee you are allowed to visit for a whole year !
Pretty good deal I think.
They also hope to have the Tiger running again at the show if they can get the engine sorted.

how much is tankfest this year?

i think its around 15 quid adam its a fantastic day and a chace to see and hear the tanks for a change rather than gathering dust in the muesum the ticket price includes entry to the muesem as well on the day i assume this is still the case i,ve been for the past three years and there always lots of model stalls there to pick up some kits

i love the musuem itself, so tankfest should be mega!

i think i'll make a weekend of it, tour the museum again the day before or afterwards.

I have been going to this show for a good number of years and it is one I always enjoy. This year I will be going with my local club as we have a couple of tables.
Not sure about the venue this year as it is the first time its been used so it will be new to everybody.
