I have two Fine Tip Assy for my badger 150, one has broken screw and the other has a damaged tip

question: is it easy to replace the tip portion? I'm thinking of transferring the good tip from the one with the broken screw to the other.
thanks!!

I replace my tips with no problems. They use to sell a tool for this, but I'm afraid I can't find it listed on their site, and really don't remember the number for it. What it is, is basically a needle with a triangular tip. You slip it in from the rear, and gently twist out the old tip, then gently put the new tip on the end of the needle and gently twist the new tip on. Put a tiny amount of bees wax on the threads. (The tool also doubles as a great tip cleaner for dried paint.)
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I bought mine close to 30 years ago.

Tips are replaceable. I do that all the time.
