There should be the usual contingent from southern Ontario coming down, myself included.

Buffcon was a really good show. I'm glad I made it out for this event. Some very fine kits and alot of great personalities. Looking forward to AMPS.

Frank,

Sure did, got back early this morning. I also just got in my box of new track that I'm checking out now. Wish I had it in time for Buffcon but you know the postal system. Was great meeting you in person. Keep up the wonderful modeling work you do. Hopefully next year I can make a show in Canada.

Yes BuffCon was not all that bad this year, there were over 500 entries. There was some nice looking and very large dioramas entred. The armor was large in numbers, some very nice pieces. The aircraft which I thought was low in the number of entries as did the figures categories, still had some interesting builds. I myself entred...yes a helicopter, (shameless plug) I took a first for my AH-1W Cobra. I also scarffed up some great deals for myself, two Huey kits (like I needed two more) a 1/24 Hughes 500, OH-6A book w/ great detail shots and infomation, M-925 and a M-923A1 trucks all for $72 bucks

Here's my Cobra entry,

Great buys,

And here's a few of the event entrys

Hey Joe,

Your Cobra looks even better in person.... great model!

I probably passed by you countless times without realizing it. The show was great and the vendors equally so. The medallions Buffcon awards are some of the better ones around, great little keep-sakes.

Here are a few of my additions from this weekend...
