Wow! great work.. and beautiful pictures that show just how much work goes into scratching something.

Could you possibly show how you made that front hood? Do you carve the shape in wood and then bend the plastic over it, or is it made in another method?

¿hoods? you refer the Fenders?

They are make with two component putty over a old fenders of a Horch an snded, and sande, and sanded... to obtain the curve and the apropiate form.

The noose if make with a keel and ribs, refiling the holes with the same putty. Finally, these structure is cover with a "skin" (0.25mm) of plasticard

Just wanna to let you know I'm building thisone from TRAKZ. It's a disaster. Not a single piece that fits which means I have to fill the gaps. How's that gonna look on a shining black car.....

I agree, I'm in the process of building one also, and it certainly is not a good fitting kit. Nothing against Horacio's scratch building, but some where along the line, they managed to really screw up the casting. My fenders were loaded with pin holes, and more pin holes, and my doors were at least 2 to 3 mm too thick, and too large to fit without drastic sanding.
