Was up there visiting relatives recently and found a SUPERB shop, sadly don't have contact details to hand but it's opposite Subway on the main ring road. If you ever happen to be in Hereford I recommend a visit - they have everything! Stacks of kits including lots of new releases, huge range of scales and types, railways if that's your thing, balsa, styrene, brass etc etc etc.

Fortunately I could only spend 5 or 10 minutes there looking for a specific item for a sick relative, otherwise I'm sure I would have spent a small fortune...

A quick google turned up their details

http://www.herefordmodels.co.uk/

The website is hugely out of date I'm afraid, just shows their railway stuff mainly. They carry a LOT more than that

As it's on the road between the railway station and the town centre, I always get drawn in whenever I go to Hereford. Which isn't often enough.

Impressive array of stuff, stacked up to the ceiling and a fair bit of OOP Dragon about.
