hi guy's,
I wanted to post some photo's of my latest model.
It's a flak 38 vierling as was used in my home town Groningen in 1944.
It's tamiya's old kit and I had to scratch build a few things but all in all a nice build.
I still have to dry brush it and do some minor errors but it shouldn't be mutch more work.

i have to get rid of the "hairs" that have formed when I sprayed the matt varnish.

Any coments and hints are welcome.

Hi Jan

A nifty little model of an interesting subject. This would look great placed in a dio of some sort. Nice work.

That is a nice little "four-banger!" I saw the hairs and your explaination. Did those show up because of the matt varnish or was there "stuff" in the air when you sprayed? Hehhee, fuzzy barrels....

Curious, does the kit allow for the Flak to be "in position," that is, the landing/support legs in the down position?

.
I do want to put in a little dio.
I still have to find a base to fit it on and figure out a lay-out

I made them from styreen rod. the kit has them in the "up" posision.
