Hey Paul!

Yes, I think it's a british Humber Mk.I Scout Car.
Take a look on http://tanxheaven.com/fedcol/brussel/brussel.htm
to compare. The front hatches, hull and fenders are the same. I'm a 99% sure it's the same.

I am not an expert but I think that the vehicle with Micheal Caine in from A Bridge Too Far, is possibly a Daimler Dingo

Another thought for you anyway.
