For those who are interested in Track-Link: I got the news server part of track-link working. The web-site will follow shortly in a test mode when I fix the database server (which has an appointment with a big wrench tomorrow).

There's a list of these groups at www.track-link.net

I must say Paul that I think it is great that your site is coming back up, even if it is in parts because there are so few good site out there and few that are friendly...
