ACE hardware in SM Cebu has flat / dull coat spray lacquer.
400cc can Peso 129.00
Brand RJ spray paint # 000, smells and acts like Model Master spray.

I bought that brand and tried it, but personally I do not like the finish. Its not as flat as you want it to be...its as if there is a semi-glossy film on your kit. I still prefer the Krylon Matt finish...kaya lang medyo mahal.
