changing password

Every time I try to change password, computer hangs up, stops responding, and CPU usage goes to 100% by IE.
Only way to get out is close IE.

Roger,
Are you on dialup? The only thing that I think might cause this is the Country/Region selection on that page. It's a rather big block of HTML and some systems seem to have a hard time with it. Could be a low memory issue (how much RAM do you have?).

At this point I am not sure of any fixes for this right now.

Jim this is the same thing that I have been complaining about for some time now. Now my rank has been removed and I still cannot access my account to do anything about it.
