As a new modeler, my fine detail painting skills leave a bit to be desired. I was wondering if anyone has experience (pro or con) using Sharpie ultra-fine point markers for those fine details such as facial features on small scale figures, tie-down straps on equipment, etc. I am working in 1/35th scale armor.
Thanks for your help.

I have used a few artist markers for aircraft panel lines. It works pretty well for that. I've tried a shaprie style for a few other items and found the 'shine' or 'sheen' to be dissapointing.
