I just put the inside tail fin decal on my Revell F-14D and coated it with a brushing of Solvaset. Then, when it looked dry to me, I went and give it a spray coat of Testor's Dullcote to seal the decal. I then put it in a box and closed it up to protect it from dust. When I just went downstairs to check on it, the decal had shriveled up around the edges! It looks pretty much unsalvageable. What happened? Though it doesn't look like it, can I fix it? AHHHH!!!!

You either didn't let the SolvaSet dry enough, or put on too heavy of a cote of Dullcote. You can let it dry completely (a couple days) and then try to get it to lay back down with the SolvaSet again. Then try a couple light coats of the Testor's Dullcote.

Good luck.
