I've been on here many, many times but finally got around to "signing up."
My name is Felix and I've recently relocated from (cold!) Vermont to North Western North Carolina. Love it and the new job. Been modeling for almost all of my 32 years. Mom got me interested in it when she helped my brother build a diorama for an 8th grade school project - the old Shep Paine B-17 dio. She did a darn good job, too! Loved wax museums and anything in miniature when I was a kid - still do I guess. (Models were the natural transition I suppose.)

Now that I'm here, too, can anyone out there help me find those old Verlinden 1/48 scale kits: the USN Navy Carrier Fire/Tow, Utility Nitrogen Carts, US Carrier Fire Fighting Crew, and USN Fire Tractor (Large). I have tried ebay and tons of other resources, but have had zero luck. Anyone willing to sell theirs?
