the wife paints as a hobby. Lately the idea of painting onto T-shirts etc has come up. Neither of us has any experience using fabric paints. Has anyone here ever used them? If so are there any problems/drawbacks/types of paint to use or avoid? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have painted a bit with fabric paints, among others a flag for my scout group (sorry, no pics) and I like the paints. Usually needs two layers for the light hues but I have had no real problems with it. I can only encourage you to do it, it's fun!
