Does anyone know if any major model manufacturers are publicly traded? I thought it might be fun to buy some (not a lot) stock in a company I actually know something about just to watch it.

Maybe I'll just buy a couple shares of Harley stock...
Bought stock in IOmega (the zip drive people) about six years ago and held it for about a year and doubled up. Not talking about big money, I think I only made $200 but it was fun to watch.
Anyway, Thanks Dave.

Seeing as I have an iOmega cd-rw'er for my lap-top, I feel that your vast fortunes have in no small part been contributed to by myself. A simple 'thank you' will suffice, although a smalll contribution to the 'Armorama Benevolent Fund', in aid of supplying models to the overseas disposed, would be prudent..
Only plugging the Basram model club, the link for which I've lost...
luckily I wrote the address down on a piece of paper. Cheers
