Hi,
Any Swine who has the bacon in Armorama can join the Pigsty if they want. At one time I thought to limit the number of porkers on the farm. But, what the hey! You want in, just let us know and we will make you a member of this most prestigious wallow. Why not, we men are pigs, aren't we? Heck, we even have a couple of sows if you think about it. So, belly up to the trough and sign up. We wish to rule the armor world. OINK! May that be our battle cry. May our snorts send shivers down the back of ordinary modellers. Sieg Oink! Sieg Oink!

Hi,
Personally, I like a good BBQ sauce on my ribs and Dijon mustard on ham.

Famous Dave's has the best BBQ sauce. (++)

Mike, I bet the lamb you had was quickly fried and served almost rare ( some people can't get away from steak... ) . You should try my lamb, cooked for many hours in the oven, in olive oil, Rosemary and Garlic...
I'm salivating as I type..

If you desire more recipes , just shout.

Mike, you gotta try the lamb BBQ style.Leg of lamb, butterfly cut by the butcher.Dry rub with pepper and garlic. The butterfly cut turns it into a giant flat steak that cooks pretty quick.medium-Med. well is best.A nice Southwest BBQ sauce or horse radish to finish it.
Lamb has a strong taste, like most game meats.Pretty much like it or you don't,but try it this way once and see.
Sorry about .Modelers have to eat ya know! :-)
Oh,yeah-Beer or red wine to swash it down, mate!
cheers!

Henk and Rick,

I appreciate the recipes....I do. But.....

They had a "Saudi Traditions Day" while we were there. It was all pretty neat. The food came out on a platter that was better than two feet in diameter! Very nice layout. I had never had lamb until that day.....kept thinking about Little Bo Peep who lost her sheep? To say it "sucked" was probably harsh . To say I didn't like it is more in line. Never say never. Someday, with the right cook, I might try it again.

You guys ever make it to Colorado, well, that may be the right time. Oh, I'll provide the and the cooking aparatus.
