Do you guys remember this series? It was one of my favourite shows. I just saw that my local DVD shop's got the entire boxed set of 18 DVDs for US$45. Itching to get it, but SWMBO will have a fit I think.

I loved Tour of Duty. I was really hoping Over There was more like it. Maybe that's why I didn't care for Over There. Tour of Duty had me expecting something else

Yeah I used to watch it too. Was a pretty good show for its day. I thought it kind of jumped the shark when Lee Majors was added to the cast. :-)

LIke Dave says its on the history channel here everyday at 5pm.

Well David,
That was one of my top shows growing up in New Zealand. The whole box set 18 dvd's for 45$?That is a an absolute bargain!!What you have to do is find another 'box' dvd series that you like with LESS dvd's in it for a more COSTLY price!!Then you have something to compare it with..i.e,"Well i would like the other one,but there are less dvd's in the box and it's like 60$,so the 'Duty' box is a steal honey! What do you think"?I have the same problem with my SWMBO,you just have to be more tactful in your approach in getting what you want..hehehe :-) .Cheers,Shay(p.s,if your swmbo reads this..i know nothing !
