Not sure if this is the correct forum, but my question does regard a historical moment:

I was wondering if anyone knew of a movie that depicted the actions of the US 10th mountain division on the Gothic Line? I have a distinct memory of watching a dramatized movie (made in the 50s?) of this when i was young, but I cannot find any mention of it on the web. Did I just read a book about it and picture it so vividly that 25 years later i am recalling it as a movie?

the reason i ask is because the Denver IPMS chapter was fortunate enough to have a guest speaker a few nights ago who took part in that action, and it was a great pleasure to hear the man share his experience. Listening to him stirred that memory.
